Hello! As a counselor, I'm passionate about supporting individuals on their unique journeys. What you might find particularly relevant about my approach is that I am autistic myself. This lived experience deeply informs my work, giving me a unique perspective and understanding of neurodiversity. I believe that neurodiversity is a fundamental aspect of human variation, and that conditions like autism, ADHD, and more are simply different ways of experiencing and interacting with the world. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood, free from judgment.
