Introduction

I am a non-judgmental, open-minded, friendly, & respectful practitioner with a genuine passion to help all people be their best selves! I understand that coming to therapy is a personal choice, so I take a person centered approach when building rapport with my clients. I am trained in EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy) and offer this form of therapy as well. I have an eclectic approach to treatment, which allows me to customize the tools provided for each client's unique goals. I value each and every one of my clients & enjoy being a part of their journeys to personal growth, healing, and wellness. In my spare time I enjoy creating art through makeup, traveling & spending time with my friends and family. I consider myself a foodie! My experiences growing up as a minority female and volunteering in community-based organizations allow me to be a culturally competent practitioner. I speak Bengali and possess basic conversational skills in Hindi and Urdu, which allow me a diverse range of counseling opportunities!
