I first saw porn when I was 11. It wasn't until 25 that I experienced healing through counseling. I help children and adolescents overcome challenging life circumstances, I guide young adults to find purpose and fulfillment in relationships, career, and calling, and I support those in recovery in finding hope and freedom. I believe that teens are resilient! I believe work can be fulfilling! I believe that grief is necessary. Through my empathy, motivation, and training, I will be with you for the journey, helping you to understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in new and profound ways.
