Introduction

Hello! I have been an integrative, body-oriented trauma therapist for a decade. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and certified in EMDR. I also received my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate and pursued additional training in Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY). I am passionate about helping individuals return home to themselves and access their inner wisdom, power, joy, and peace. I will provide the space for you to reconnect with you true, authentic self. As your therapist, I will provide you with tools to enhance your mind-body connection, improve your relationship with yourself and others, manage stress, and ultimately help you get "unstuck." Therapy is a very individualized journey - everyone heals differently. I will meet you where you're at, and together, we'll work towards creating the life that you want to live. My promise to you is that I will safely and compassionately hold space for your experience - no matter how messy you think it is. You deserve to heal and return home to yourself.
