My ideal client is someone who is interested in making change in their own life. They might be someone who struggles with anxiety, OCD, depression, familial problems, or problems in their relationships. Overall, they’re a willing participant in therapy and are willing to push through when it gets difficult. I specialize in treating OCD through Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, I prefer to use a blend of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy in my work with individuals, couples, and families. I believe that the key to a successful therapeutic relationship is establishing an open, honest, trusting, and enjoyable environment. If you're looking for a safe and comfortable place to work on your goals, feel free to contact me to schedule an appointment!
