I am currently a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program at Regis University. Life is an everflowing and changing experience and whatever has led your path here can seem overwhelming or look many different ways. Whether you're seeking help with personal challenges, discovery and/or healing, you have chosen support on your journey as a part of your path. I believe we don't have to do this alone. While providing a safe space for healing and exploration together, I believe in collaborating in this process while aiming to foster a held space of authenticity and non-judgment as we navigate life’s tributaries of trials, challenges, beauty, and hope.
