I have been practicing therapy for 26+ years. From the start of my graduate program at Boston College, I believed in the power of people's ability to change. In 2016, I discovered EMDR therapy. Seeing the progress clients can make that previously would have taken months and years has been an incredible experience as a therapist. It can help sports performance, overall life functioning, and breaking down those barriers that are keeping you from the life you are worthy of living. With sports and performance techniques it can help you break through slumps, yips, and all blocks that keep you from performing at your peak.
