I have experience working with adolescents, individual adults and couples from various backgrounds. I take an integrative, holistic, mind-body approach to counseling. I have experience working with a wide range of diagnoses ranging from anxiety, depression, anger management, and adjustment issues. I want to create an environment of safety where my client is comfortable to express him/herself and I can support him/her in making the best decisions in moving forward. I have a background in massage therapy that supports my interest in the mind-body connection. I have trained in Brainspotting, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Tapping, as well as Nutritional and Integrative Interventions for Mental Health Disorders. I have been working with clients since 2015 in different settings including in-home therapy, outpatient and school-based mental health. I believe in a person-centered approach to counseling where I meet the client where he/she is at and will not judge, but will listen and provide support.
