Sometimes all of us feel a little stuck, overwhelmed, lost, or alone. Whether you are facing a difficult time coping, feeling overwhelmed by current stressors, or have long standing challenges, working with a psychotherapist can enable you to navigate a path forward and provide you with the tools to cope. I believe therapy is a partnership creating an interactive and collaborative experience that is unique and tailored to every individual. My approach is to build a healing relationship, listen in a focused way, and understand your experiences and inner world. We will work together to help you find clarity and know yourself in a deeper way. I am an experienced psychotherapist with advanced training. I work with individuals and couples with many different concerns. I offer a flexible fee structure based on your ability to pay and will help you with out-of-network insurance claims.
