Do you constantly feel stressed or anxious? When life becomes difficult or stressful do you look for ways to numb or comfort yourself with things such as drugs, alcohol or food? Are you dealing with a divorce, loss of a dream or loved one? I am passionate about helping people who are struggling with anxiety, addiction, and grief/loss. The journey one embarks on when entering therapy is a personal and honorable one. As a therapist, I consider it a privilege to come alongside you as you work towards healing, to help you identify the patterns that keep you stuck and empower you to change them. Being vulnerable about the burdens you carry and your desire for change takes a lot of courage. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings, and relationships, and discover new ways to move forward with health, hope, and dignity.
