Hi! I’m Janet, an outpatient therapist at Angelus. Thank you for considering me for your counseling needs, I am excited to help you along this journey. Working in the mental health field has been a lifelong dream for me. I find fulfillment in being able to help others, build the environment in which I work, and following the path God has chosen for me. I’ve always had a passion to help others. Through my education, trainings, and many years working in the mental health field; I’ve found that counseling is not giving advice, it is assisting an individual to be able to find what works for him or her. I enjoy helping others identify what that means, build their confidence, challenge what isn’t working, and finding healthier ways to meet their needs.
