We are all social/emotional beings wired for connection. If the love you once shared with your partner has become mired in repetitive disagreements that are leaving you feeling isolated and alone, I can help. I hold a specialized certification in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT) issued by ICEEFT (iceeft.com). EFCT is a well-researched proven process to help each of you understand what has happened within and between you that is now causing pain and distress. Most likely you both are doing your best, and you need some help to get out of the fixed positions that now cause repetitive arguments and despair. I will help you and your spouse/partner develop new patterns of interaction that promote secure attachment and emotional intimacy. Those who seek out working with me are typically professionals, and successful business owners ranging in age from 25 - 75.
