Many circumstances in life can feel very challenging and confusing. Relationships can break down or terminate and create hurt and misunderstanding. As a counselor I am committed to working collaboratively to help my clients realize the power they have to make to make positive changes that will bring health and growth to themselves and to their relationships. I am passionate about helping my clients in the areas of anxiety and depression, grief and loss, transitions, and couple’s relationships I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I am trained in Sand Tray and EMDR. I am also trained in the Gottman Method Couples Counseling, Level 2 and in Prepare and Enrich.
