Covid pandemic, has left many of us with collective trauma/grief over the many losses and loneliness from isolation. We are not at our pre-pandemic normal yet as our society has opened again, and the mask are coming off we are being called back to work/school/socialize. About Me I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I became a therapist/clinical counselor because of a spiritual calling. I bring spiritually in empathy, respect, and love for humankind. It is my philosophy that, every race, ethnicity, and gender identity is Created by our Father who is LOVE! We are all His children and none of us are a mistake that arrived at this thing called life, on the planet we all share. Like Covid other unexpected losses, traumatic events and betrayals can leave us feeling isolated and alone with a host of negative, energy draining emotions. If you are feeling stuck in grief, anger, bitterness, anxiety, depression you don’t have to bear it alone. It’s my philosophy that healing begins from the inside out, with thoughtful awareness and intention. I provide Cognitive Behavioral, Rational Emotive Behavioral, Solution Focused and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, (EMDR) Therapies. I also specialize in Christian Counseling/ Cultural understanding and support for those who espouse to the faith or want to heal past trauma from religion.
