I am here to support you in reflecting, moving forward, working on challenges in your life and progressing on your path. I provide both in office and virtual sessions. I have been practicing individual counseling for over 13 years. I provide a safe accepting environment for individuals to learn and grow. I have worked with a number of diagnosis and circumstances such as anxiety and depressive disorders, mood disorders, general life changes and grief & loss. I work with children in grade school, adolescents and adults.
