Introduction

Do you ever find yourself just needing someone to talk to who will really listen? We all do from time to time. I would like to offer you that safe space to explore those things in your heart that hold you back from living the life you are meant to live. I am a licensed counselor specializing in trauma and addiction. I work with children and adults in areas of anxiety, depression, addiction (drugs, alcohol, sex, gaming), post-abortion, marriage and infidelity, spiritual issues, self-esteem, domestic violence, and sexual abuse/violence. Life can be a struggle regardless of who you are and it can break you down when you least expect it. But it's in the middle of your brokenness that you can find your greatest strengths. You deserve to be heard and I am honored to listen.
