Introduction

I am a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience, primarily in higher education settings. My practice focuses on working with diverse people who are navigating life transitions and demands, particularly those connected to their identity and sense of self. I believe each of us is shaped through our life experiences, both positive and painful. Therapy is an opportunity to explore these experiences, especially if you are feeling unfulfilled or questioning your life’s purpose and meaning. While this process can be difficult, it can also lead to tremendous clarity, insight, and even joy! I hold expertise in working with clients of Asian descent and other BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) clients. I have worked extensively with LGBTQIA+ folx, first generation college students, and those impacted by immigration (self or others). I also have experience working with student athletes (DI and DIII). Considering the nuance of client identity is central to my therapeutic approach, which is collaborative and empowerment-based. I welcome you to email or call me to connect about working together. I meet people via telehealth and offer a complimentary initial consultation, which gives us a chance to discuss your hopes for therapy. I am authorized to practice in several states outside of GA via PSYPACT: psypact.org/mpage/psypactmap. Congratulations on beginning this journey!
