MY PRACTICE IS CURRENTLY FULL, but I am accepting clients for my waitlist. Once you are on the waitlist, when I have an opening I will contact you for a free initial consultation that can be in-person, by phone or via teleconference. We will discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have. I would very much like to support you in attaining your life goals, to help you to feel positive, strong, and fulfilled in your relationships, and to encourage you to be hopeful for the future. I provide individual therapy to adults ages 18 and over, as well as couples counseling. I am fluent in Spanish. -SE HABLA ESPANOL- I see you as unique and brilliant and as an expert in your own life. I therefore use a collaborative approach that always keeps your personal insights, experiences and goals at the forefront. I have worked as a therapist for 15 years, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss, stress reduction, and relationships. I am a certified EMDR therapist and I also incorporate mindfulness, yoga, and meditation. Thank you for your interest.
