I am a supportive, authentic, and direct therapist who prioritizes my clients' emotional safety and sense of connectedness. Although I help adults with many types of challenges, I specialize in treating anxiety, issues related to developmental trauma, low self-esteem, and burn-out from stress. I use primarily CBT, Psychodynamic, and Solution-Focused modalities which provide many options for clients to explore in finding what works best for them. We can't always control what life brings us, but we can figure out ways to better manage challenges.
