I am a bicultural and bilingual psychotherapist, providing individual psychotherapy to adult clients. My approach to therapy is psychoanalytically oriented, relational and collaborative, with an inclination to psychoanalytic and existentialist theories. I also have a strong background in CBT. Experiences and issues of special interest to me include: chronic depression, treatment-resistant anxiety, repeated relationship difficulty, childhood trauma, prolonged grief, narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), OCD, feeling of isolation, fear of aging, hypochondria and, emotional difficulties experienced by adult children of first generation immigrants. The frequency of treatment is typically once a week and sometimes twice a week.
