Introduction

If you are challenged by anxiety, depression, anger, or relationship difficulties, I would love to work with you. I am well versed in parenting psychology, and work extensively with teens. I specialize in deep psychology, going to the core, using body oriented methods if you desire. This is particularly useful for trauma, PTSD, grief, and healing difficult childhood experiences. I use Internal Family Systems Therapy, Gestalt, dream interpretation, and Breathwork, as well as Imago Relationship Counseling. I would be honored to assist you on your path of healing and growth, helping you to become the person you want to be.
