Introduction

Due to COVID 19 I am providing session through telehealth. Have things been getting unmanageable lately? Do you feel that you aren't able to manage your stress? Have you felt that negative past events are beginning to overtake your present? If so, counseling may be a beneficial step for you. Counseling provides a safe environment to share your thoughts while learning valuable coping skills. I have training in many different techniques, including CBT and DBT. My goal is to help meet you where you are on your journey to finding overall wellness. I strongly believe that each person is a unique individual. Due to this belief, I create specific plans for each individual person. I frequently encourage my clients to utilize art, writing and various art and media forms in expressing their thoughts and feelings. My goal is to avoid adding any additional stress in your life. Our office has evening and weekend appointments available. Reach out if you need anything and I will try my best to alleviate any concerns/answer any questions that you may have.
