Introduction

I am a Licensed Social Worker and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering evidence based psychotherapy for families, couples, and individuals. My focus includes relationship issues, parenting concerns, LGBTQIA issues , family stressors, trauma, and adolescent concerns. I will start where you are, help you identify your needs, and together we will work towards a deeper level of change and satisfaction. My value of inclusivity and affirming all racial, gender and sexual identities impacts how I work. I draw from many treatment models, but my primary approach is a blend of family systems and experiential modalities including emotionally focused therapy and AEDP. In general my approach is very strength based, relational and flexible, depending on what each client needs. I believe the relationship between client and therapist is very important, powerful and is a part of the change process. Because of how important this relationship is and the ability for each client to have good rapport or "fit" with their therapist I offer and recommend a free 30 minute consultation.
