I am an understanding therapist who creates a safe nonjudgmental environment where you can easily express your needs and concerns. I focus on helping you recognize that you are not alone in your struggles, we all have areas in our lives that need support, and I offer you tools to help you overcome the difficulties. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and depression, and have extensive experience with the military, veterans, law enforcement, and the first responders population. I am Licensed in Virginia, District of Columbia, and Maryland, and offer online telehealth therapy to clients who reside in those three states. You can schedule a Free 15-minute consultation to meet me and ask questions. Initial Evaluation Appointments are 60 minutes. Follow Up Therapy Appointments are 60 minutes. Free Initial Consultation - This is a time you can meet me and ask questions. In accordance with the No Surprises Act, if you are uninsured or not planning on submitting your claims to your insurance company, you will be given a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of the cost range of services through a specified date so you know what to expect financially. If you are planning to submit your claims to your insurance company, you also have the right to receive a GFE upon request.
