Introduction

We all come from different backgrounds or walks of life, and often times, it is difficult to feel like you are being heard for who you are. My goal is to provide a safe, affirming and collaborative environment in order to accomplish meaningful change and progress in your life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in counseling those of all ages. My specialties include EMDR, CBT, Post-Partum Depression and PTSD, in addition to assisting those who struggle with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and more.
