I am a Reality based therapist that approaches problems from a non-judgmental stance. I specialize in helping others with substance abuse issues as well as teenagers and young adults that are having difficulties transitioning through life phases (i. e. high school to college; college to employment etc.). I also practice Emotional Transformation Therapy which uses color and light to change the way the brain thinks and responds to issues.
