Introduction
I am open and working towards changing how people think and feel about themselves. I enjoy working with people who want to develop and create a different version of themselves. I use an integrative approach by considering social, family, cultural, and spiritual components. My areas of experience include mood disorders, substance abuse, grief, sexual trauma, both PTSD, and C-PTSD, acute stress disorders, and neurodivergent disorders. I take an interest in learning more about people and welcome those at any stage of their healing process. I provide virtual sessions, and more availability during the day.
