Introduction

Hi there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and the founder of Prosperity Counseling Services. With over 10 years of experience in helping others thrive through adversity, I have witnessed, professionally and personally, the growth we can all make with the right support and tools. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, mood swings, anger, relationship issues, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, mood disorders, postpartum symptoms, parenting problems, self-esteem and those who have experienced trauma in many forms. I enjoy getting to know my clients on a deeper level and meeting them where they are at. I value authenticity and believe that the therapeutic relationship can be the catalyst for meaningful transformation. My approach combines Gestalt, Narrative, Jungian Analysis, Experiential, and trauma-focused counseling modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I am also certified in and utilize Integrative Somatic Parts Work and Neurofeedback. I take the time to individualize treatment based on my client’s needs and walk with my clients through all steps of the therapy process. My goal is to offer my clients a safe place to explore their thoughts and feelings and develop a more adaptive perspective on life. I believe we are all struggling. There are so many harsh and exquisite parts of life. Our existence as humans is bonded by the fact that we share these experiences. When we can find our true and authentic selves and open up to one another, we are better able to set ourselves free. Let me help you walk through the pain, the pattern, and the story of your life. Therapy is a collaborative journey. The life you live can be fulfilling. You deserve that and more. Let me help. I hold a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Child and Family studies from Arizona State University and a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. I am also currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology at Saybrook University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) in the state of Texas (#69979).
