Reproductive mental health is my jam... ​New or intimately familiar with an infertility diagnosis? Struggling with the invisible nature of secondary infertility? Difficulty coping with decision-making fatigue and/or endless uncertainty? Pregnant after infertility and baffled by this new identity: no longer infertile but not a civilian pregnant person either? Are you grieving a devastating pregnancy or baby loss?​ Has your miracle baby arrived and you're not "enjoying every moment?" If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, grief, isolation, sadness and/or hopelessness related to family-building challenges- I got you! I specialize in reproductive mental health with extensive training in working with individuals and couples coping with fertility challenges, grief & loss, pregnancy & postpartum mood disorders, adjustment to parenthood and an evolving identity, and beyond. Check out my free support groups, too! As one who is intimately familiar with personal loss, (in)fertility and parenthood, I find it an honor to support others through their journeys of uncertainty and hope.
