Introduction

Are you feeling lost? Are you feeling overwhelmed with life? I love helping others make their lives happier and healthier! I love helping parents work on difficult situations with their children, couples work on strengthening their relationships, and children/teens work to realize their potential. An ideal client has specific goals or problems in mind they want to work on. Don't have those specific goals? Give me the opportunity to help you set specific goals and help you achieve them. I am available for counseling in Broken Arrow at Anchor of Hope. Also for home visits on a case-by-case basis depending on location and situation. Let's discuss! I have had over 10 years of experience in many different settings from outpatient clinics, to in-school therapy, to inpatient/crisis work. I'm flexible, non-judgmental, and willing to meet clients where they are and work together to meet their goals. I understand each person has a unique story that makes them who they are. I'd love to talk with you to see if we would be a good fit with each other. Therapists and clients have to feel the match is right both ways!!
