The therapeutic relationship with your counselor matters, and I believe through positive connections and meaningful relationships, healing can happen. I specialize in helping adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, Autism, ADHD, and LGBTQ. I strive to provide a safe, warm, and collaborative environment when working with my clients. My therapeutic method is tailored to each client, guiding them to address their challenges, establish realistic goals, and develop healthy coping strategies. I incorporate evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, solution focused therapy and EMDR-therapy. My ultimate goal is to help guide and support my clients during times of discomfort and uncertainty. My sense of humor and gentleness aid in creating a non-judgmental, safe, and collaborative environment for my clients. I offer in-person sessions on Monday & video Tuesday - Friday.
