My experience as the spouse of a first responder, combined with specialized training in first responder mental health through the National Emergency Responder Safety Center, allows me to support those in high-stress careers. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, both from Colorado Christian University. My extensive training includes Christian counseling, Grief Share Leadership, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Assessing and Managing Suicide Risk (AMSR).
