Life can be tough, and we all face moments when it feels like happiness is out of reach. But the good news is, you don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. Choosing counseling is an investment in *you*—your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It's an opportunity to shift your mindset, heal, and discover a brighter path forward. Together, we’ll build a collaborative partnership where we focus on proven therapeutic methods to ease the symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma. My holistic approach integrates the mind, body, and spirit, ensuring that every aspect of your well-being is addressed. Whether you’re seeking relief from overwhelming emotions or simply want to grow stronger and more resilient, we will work together to create lasting change. As a trained Christian counselor, I am passionate about supporting your faith and spiritual health as part of your healing journey. If you’re looking to strengthen your relationship with God, I can offer guidance and tools to nurture your spiritual formation alongside your mental wellness. I also have a unique understanding of the challenges faced by first responders. My experience as the spouse of a first responder, combined with specialized training in first responder mental health through the National Emergency Responder Safety Center, allows me to support those in high-stress careers. If you’re experiencing trauma, relationship struggles, or career burnout, I’m here to help you navigate the specific challenges that come with this demanding work. I work with individuals, teens, families, and couples, providing a safe, compassionate space for healing and growth. Whether you’re dealing with stress, trauma, or relationship difficulties, my goal is to help you overcome obstacles and create the fulfilling life you deserve. I currently accept United Health, Kaiser, and Cigna insurance, so you can receive the support you need through your plan. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, both from Colorado Christian University. My extensive training includes Christian counseling, Grief Share Leadership, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Assessing and Managing Suicide Risk (AMSR). I am committed to using these tools to guide you on your healing journey, while always respecting and supporting your personal beliefs and values. Let’s work together to help you find peace, strength, and resilience. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone. Reach out today to begin your path toward transformation.
