I specialize in treating adults struggling with depression, anxiety, adjustment to life changes, excessive stress, and trauma. Believing in a solution-focused/cognitive-behavioral approach to counseling. Creating a safe place to incorporate physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of life. I feel changing our thought process impacts our feelings and how we view life outside of ourselves. Currently offering video or phone telehealth sessions for clients across Montana.
