I am passionate about working with adolescents and young adults and helping them find their voice and achieve a greater quality of life. In addition, I believe it is vital in finding a safe space to discover and focus on one’s journey as a whole. I believe prevention and early intervention are crucial to counseling and that when we share our stories, it opens the door to self-discovery, recognition, and insight. With an interpersonal approach, my goal is to provide every individual searching for a safe space to uncover and process how their experiences shape the shape the quality of their lives. The therapeutic relationship is one of the most unique relationships that you will have in your life and I hope to explore life's journey with you.
