Introduction

You’re here because you’ve been hurting and struggling but you haven’t been able to shift on your own. I specialize in deep therapeutic work to help folks get through the layers to the root cause. Like many therapists, I am warm and empathic, but I also think of my role as a detective – listening carefully as you paint a full picture of who you are and what is going on so that I can best accompany you on a path out of the darkness and into more clarity and joy in your life.
