My passion for helping others has been the driving force in both my personal and professional life which led to me pursuing a Master’s in Social Work at USC. I believe people have the capacity to live lives that are full of love, hope and successes. I work collaboratively with clients and rely heavily on a combination of shared experiences, connection and research-based interventions. I help clients increase their self-esteem and self-worth while learning healthy boundaries, emotion regulation and coping mechanisms. After working with me, clients can expect to feel more secure, worthwhile and confident about their abilities. Additionally, clients will have the ability to create and maintain healthy boundaries, have an increase in concentration and the ability to self-regulate emotions, and develop conflict resolution skills.
