There are times in life where we all may feel a loss of direction, personal meaning, and may struggle with identifying our life purpose. If so, you are not alone. Hello, my name is Jamie Rice, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina. I have more than 18 years of experience with providing evidence-based treatment interventions to a diverse group of teens and adults. My areas of treatment focus include depression, anxiety, poor impulse control, adjustment disorders, low self-esteem, crisis intervention, family conflict, and relationship related issues. I have also provided trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) to victims that have experienced severe trauma. My holistic approach combines evidence-based treatment interventions, to assist you with developing the necessary skills needed to better manage your response to unexpected life stressors. My counseling style is warm and interactive, and I believe in treating each client with respect and compassion. Based on our dialog and your provided information, I will assist you with developing a treatment plan that is designed to address your specific needs. Counseling sessions are confidential and are conducted in a secure, non-judgmental, and confidential therapeutic environment.
