Introduction

Everyone finds themselves in a place of struggle at some point in their life. If you feel lost or confused or alone in your struggle, reaching out for guidance along the way can feel scary and intimidating. It doesn’t have to be. The first step is the hardest, and I welcome the opportunity to work with you. We all have the capacity to heal small or large wounds, old or new in the right environment. My goal is to create a safe and accepting environment for that healing and growth to take place. It is always an honor when individuals, couples, and families invite me into their lives, sharing their struggles and needs. I come alongside you in your journey to emotional healing and growth. I love having the opportunity to see, sometimes rather quickly, incredible changes take place.
