Before going back to graduate school for my MA in counseling, I was a special education teacher for ten years. The experience I gained while working in the field of education has provided me with valuable insight in mental health counseling, especially when supporting neurodivergent individuals or those with learning differences. Gaining my degree in mental health counseling allows me to work with clients to create a collaborative environment where my clients feel comfortable and supported. As an attentive listener, I truly enjoy helping others and am dedicated to ensuring each client has a safe, confidential space to express themselves. My main goal is to work alongside you as a team, helping you achieve your personal goals and fostering a space where you feel empowered and understood throughout the process. Together, we’ll tailor the path forward to best support your growth and well-being.
