Are you looking for a safe space to process your pain? I specialize in helping people work though the intense emotions and intrusive thoughts that can keep them from moving forward after experiencing a significant loss or trauma. Whether you’re grieving a recent death, or struggling with trauma from the past, healing is possible. I’m trained in a wide variety of evidence-based practices, but honestly, it’s usually my compassion and ability to bear witness to people’s pain that helps the most. *I currently only accept SoCal Kaiser insurance.
