Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, providing supportive individual therapy to adolescents and adults using an eclectic model. After a thorough psychodynamic exploration of patients' past experiences, we collaborate to create meaningful, individualized goals. To achieve those goals and liberate patients' from their emotional confines, I am vigilant about relaying relevant cognitive and dialectical behavioral strategies. I maintain a compassionate and empathic approach in order to create a "judgment-free zone" for patients. I live and work by the belief that there is value in every experience and by uncovering the meaning in challenges, patients can maximize the rest of their lives.
