Endurance Counseling and Supervision Services was established in 2019 by Jamicia Davis. "Endurance" was coined during a sermon. The topic of the sermon was the significance of committing oneself to face life's difficulties as well as its triumphs. Ms. Davis has a strong commitment to helping individuals maintain their endurance via the use of effective strategies and resources. When working with a client, Ms. Davis aims to build a long-term connection based on trust and mutual respect. Ms. Davis has a wealth of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Trauma Specialist. She's worked in public schools, human services, behavioral health, juvenile drug court, and other private sectors, including nonprofits and for-profit businesses. When working with people who are eager and full of optimism, she is at her most energized. Ms. Davis has experience in a wide range of age groups.
