Introduction

I have worked with a vast array of individuals, from children, to teens, to adults. Those I've worked with have struggled with depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, life adjustment struggles, self-esteem, and more. I see individuals, couples, and families, working from a basis of communication barriers and working to heal the hurt that comes from those barriers. Let's get you, your child, or your family where you, and they, want to be. My experience and training leans heavily on the impact of trauma on a person's life. What most people don't realize is that trauma is subjective. Through an individualized plan, approach, and goals, I work to identify the best therapeutic model for each person I see. I have training in EMDR, CBT, Adlerian Play Therapy, and various other trauma approaches. Whether dealing with everyday stressors, a diagnosed mental health condition, or a survivor of trauma, you are not alone. You've taken a huge step in seeking someone who can help make sense of what you're going through and I applaud your strength! Let's work together to list those strengths and celebrate every step of getting back to a happy, healthy, you!
