Introduction

Hello, I've been working in mental health for about 8 years now. I have worked in home-based services such as family based and wrap around services for children, as a counselor/supervisor at an inpatient facility, and currently as an outpatient therapist. I have worked in many non-profit community clinics; this has given me a very well-rounded experience. I have assisted people in relationship problems, trauma, depression, religious trauma, and various forms of anxiety which I consider to be a specialized area for my practice. I have a casual approach and do my best to meet my clients where they are in their situation. I have formed my therapeutic approach based on studies of various methods (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is my most used approach), what I have learned from my past clients, and my own personal life experiences. Sessions will always be tailored to fit your needs and make YOU comfortable in you therapy experience.
