Introduction

I work well with clients who are struggling to thrive in everyday life, who need a path forward and feel stuck. If you've been experiencing depression, anxiety, increased anger, irritability, frustrations with relationships, a depleted sense of self, or a whole host of problems, then we might be a great fit. Some folks I work with don't want to live anymore or experience strong urges to harm themselves. When working with folks who experience any of these symptoms, my goal is to help you identify and work toward living a life you find joyful and meaningful. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which is a Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) designed to help clients master skillful living and build a life they believe is worth living. I am also trained in CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Behavioral Activation (BA), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). It is my belief that we are all in recovery from something, whether that be from unhealthy coping mechanisms like self-harm, substance misuse, mental health struggles, trauma, neglect, homelessness, poverty, loneliness and so much more. I'm here to tell you... you don't have to recover alone. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you'd like support.
