Introduction

Hi, I have worked with hurting people for a long time and my hope is to support you through this difficult, possibly overwhelming time in your life. Your struggle is unique and personal and I respect your need to feel understood. During our first visit, I will simply listen and seek to understand what is causing you sorrow, anxiety, hurt, or anger. Together we will work towards wholeness and my firm hope is that I can help you find that place in life again where you are at peace with yourself and your situation. I enjoy working with many different kinds of people. My clients are adults and adolescents who come from all walks of life and experience a wide variety of issues. I specialize in anxiety, social anxiety, depression, bi-polar depression, relational issues and addiction.. People are complex and our goal is to become whole: to become whole mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I can talk about one, two or all of these issues as suits your needs. If a spiritual element is requested, I speak to this need from a Christian perspective.
