You have a growth mindset but for some reason, you feel stuck. Despite your best efforts, you cannot find the forward movement you crave. You normally avoid feeling apathetic and yet you can feel apathy seeping in. Throughout your life, your hard work, perseverance, and strategy have taken you very far. So why is your mental health not where it should be? Your emotions keep building up and you're not sure what to do about it.
