Hello! I am a Richmond native, who has over twelve years experience working with youth and families with a variety of mental health needs. I have extensive experience in a residential therapeutic setting working with families and adolescents with significant behavioral health needs. I particularly enjoy helping clients identify strengths, clarify values and find courage to make desired changes. I have experience working with teenage and adult clients with anxiety, depression, adoption issues, male issues, faith and life transitions. I am a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider and utilize an insight oriented cognitive behavioral approach to assist clients. Starting therapy takes a lot of courage.
