Specialties: Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Sex Therapy, LGBTQIA+,

Introduction

I partner with my clients to help them find their voice, tell their story, re-engage their strengths and cultivate new ways to stay mindful and grounded—no matter what life throws at them. I work with adolescents (13-17 years old) and adult individuals suffering from the effects of depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and LGBTQI-related issues. I also help couples across a diverse range of relationship styles navigate difficult conversations and develop secure functioning relationships. I'm certified in treating anxiety (CCATP), a trained Sex Therapist, and trained in EMDR—a powerful tool shown to reduce the negative effects of trauma & emotional pain. My work with couples is founded on the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), which utilizes cutting-edge research in neuroscience, attachment theory, and arousal regulation. Calling a therapist can feel intimidating, which is why I offer prospective clients a free 15-minute phone consultation to hear how I work, ask any questions you have, and determine if we're a good fit. I hope to have the opportunity to partner with you in taking this first step towards having a richer and more fulfilled life experience.
