Introduction

My name is Jalinda Lambert, LPC, ADC, NCC and I am a mental health counselor committed to helping individuals and couples learn how to recover from the struggles that life creates. I am a graduate of the University of North Alabama and hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health. My work focuses on Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Relationships, and many other issues. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals by utilizing various modalities in order to meet clients where they are in their personal journey. I am passionate about educating and empowering others to live the life they want, developing coping skills, and building strong and healthy relationships.
